Refund Policy

Legal entity. NexusCortex LLC is the parent company and legal operator. This corporate website does not host checkout or accept direct product payments. Purchases made on FrontPilotAI, UnitAxon or AuditTrue are governed by the refund policy and payment-provider terms shown on the relevant product website at checkout.

1. Cancellation

Where a subscription is offered directly by NexusCortex LLC, cancellation may be requested through the account controls or the contact channel identified in the accepted order. Cancellation stops future renewals after processing and does not automatically refund a billing period already started.

2. Refund review

Unless an accepted order or mandatory law states otherwise, subscription fees for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable. We review requests made within 14 days of a charge, including duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, billing errors and material unresolved service issues. A request within 14 days is eligible for review, not an automatic guarantee of a refund.

3. One-time services

Refund requests for one-time purchases or separately quoted services are assessed against the accepted order, work already performed, deliverables supplied and applicable law. Contact us promptly if a charge appears incorrect or you wish to cancel before work begins.

4. Request procedure

Use the billing contact in your order or email [email protected]. Include the account email, charge date, amount, currency, transaction reference if available and reason. Never send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the transaction. Posting time depends on the provider and financial institution. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
